By using FluffBooth you agree to these terms. The short version: upload only photos you have the right to use, be nice, and enjoy the portraits.

1. Your content

• You confirm you own or have permission to use every photo you upload.
• Don't upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or photos of people without their consent.
• Your photos remain yours. We claim no ownership of your uploads or the generated portraits.

2. Generated portraits

• Portraits are for your personal use (sharing, printing, gifting). Commercial resale of outputs is not permitted without our written OK.
• AI generation can be unpredictable. If a generation fails, your quota or credit is not deducted; results that succeed are final — but you can always re-shoot with another style.

3. Free quota, credits & payments

• Daily free portraits reset at 00:00 UTC. Referral and purchased credits never expire.
• Credits are tied to your account, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or when a paid generation fails on our side.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; payments are handled by Stripe.

4. Fair use

No automated scraping, bulk generation via scripts, reselling of access, or attempts to bypass quotas. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Service "as is"

FluffBooth is provided as is, without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Privacy

How we handle your photos and data is described in our Privacy Policy — the summary: photos are processed, then gone; never stored, never used for training.
